Developers.’ In 2001, the ‘Shivalik’ brand was born, with Chitrak Shah playing a pivotal role in its growth. Shah is known for building more than 75+ Landmarks in the past 25 years, his legacy of building landmarks has shaped Shivalik, Shah has done backward integration with S&H – Infrastructure Company & forward integration with LOFY – Interior Solutions & Stanley – Furniture Brands, portraying his vision of giving one-stop customer experience.
Over the years, his landmark projects with unique structures such as Shivalik Shilp 1& 2, Shivalik Highstreet, Shivalik Plaza – First Corporate Houses, Shivalik Villa – First Premium R3 Bungalows, and more.
